omg, did I ever tell you about the time I took a cookie out of the trash because I was coming off the yeast diet and I missed cookies. At a meeting I saw someone throw their cookie in the trash! I was a appalled. I waited until everyone left the room and I pulled it out and took a bite. It was really bad. Super disappointing, it tasted like salt and baking soda. So, maybe you would end up with a gross cookie anyway, and that would be more disappointing. <3
