now that you have the recipe for green curry paste you can use it to make this green curry chicken!
you need:
chopped up chicken
half a green bell pepper
chopped up onion
a couple teaspoons of green curry paste
first, dissolve the green curry in a bowl full of water, then add the chicken and let it it sit in there for as long as you like. i usually do about 15-30 minutes, but if you have time and did it over night that would be really good.
saute the onion with coconut oil and then add the chicken, including the water. stir and let cook for about 15 minutes (if you're using raw chicken you can wait until the chicken is fully cooked). then add chopped up green bell pepper and stir. cook until at least half the water is evaporated and you're good to go!
